mma students (pati na rin mga prof)...ano ginagawa nyo para di makatulog sa gabi dahil sa mga tadtad ng mga projects maslalo tuwing finals. multim or portfolio?
sabi ng mga prof, time management lang daw....pero i tried that...it doesn't really work...magkakaroon ka talaga ng days na wala kang tulog kahit maganda n timetable mo at religiously mo syang sinusundan...
sabi sa internet, sleep eight hours a day (no can do), go to the gym, yoga, excercise (kapag one hour puwede pa, but more than that, kulang na talaga oras natin...you'll really have to wake up for more than 24 hours)
anyway, here's what i do....sana makatulong sa inyo
1. avoid drinking coffee, or anything with caffeine
2. eat a balanced diet (pero di na ako kumakain ng tamang oras eh)...breakfast is a must--kahit sa harap ng pc ok na!
3. do not eat a lot (i limit myself to only a cup and a half of rice each meal)
4. eat fruits and veggies.
5. if you want to eat ice cream, chocolates or anything with sugar, once a week ka lang kumain...
5. Drink 2 liters of water everyday (masmaganda kung ice tea or juice--di yng nasa tetra pack, ha?)
6. listen to loud music (rock music pinapakinggan ko eh..di katalaga makakatulog...pero safe parin ako sa lyics...hehe)
7. Launch YM (it really helps)
8. Visit your crush's profile in friendster and just stare at him/her whenever you feel burned out.
9. Think of happy things. Dream, Imagine
10. Do not focus on school, focus more on the friendships, companionships that you gain in school. That's a big step in your success. (tignan nyo si steve jobs, at si einstein)
11. and lastly, whenever a prof gets unreasonably strict and somehow lowers your self-esteem (yung tipong nagagalit ka na sa kanya), remember that God wouldn't do that you coz' He cares.
12. Smile a lot! Laugh!
13. Pray and trust in God
----That's what I do to overcome sleepness nights. Ginagawa ko yan almost everyday and trust me, natutulog na lang ako kapag gusto ko hindi kapag kailangan. sleep only becomes a want for me right now...pero syempre napapagod pa rin ako, pero di na stress...just smile, think of happy things..sobrang hyperactive ako....
